Anna Therapy & Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Anna Therapy & Coaching provides therapeutic and coaching services focused on healing from trauma, grief, emotional distress, and life transitions, as well as rebuilding confidence, inner peace, and direction.

Anna Therapy operates globally, with primary governance under Dutch and EU law. Clients outside the EU use our Services at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

All information, content, and services provided by Anna Therapy & Coaching are intended for personal growth, emotional support, and educational purposes only.

They are not medical or psychiatric treatment, nor should they replace diagnosis or advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

By participating, you confirm that:

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

By engaging in our Services, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions responsibly and communicate clearly about scheduling or health matters

  • Respect confidentiality, boundaries, and ethical standards within sessions

  • Avoid recording or redistributing any session content or materials without consent

Anna Therapy reserves the right to discontinue Services if you breach these obligations, behave abusively, or misuse the platform.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Payments

All services, programmes, and digital products must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees and acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a therapy or coaching service reflects your personal commitment to the process, and while support is provided, results cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Refunds

Anna Therapy & Coaching maintains a no-refund policy for all services, sessions, and digital products.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Partial or pro-rata refunds will not be provided for unused sessions, scheduling issues, or dissatisfaction, except where required by law.

Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results vary based on personal history, participation, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific emotional, mental, or life outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

  • Testimonials and case studies are for illustration only.

  • You are solely responsible for your choices and results throughout the process.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created or shared by Anna Therapy & Coaching—including written guides, session content, videos, branding, and online course materials—are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
